well i figured out how to use the belt tensioner and replaced the alternator and now the car runs like a champion so i would say within the 3 years i owned the car i have put about 3000 to 4000 dollars into fixing it and keeping up with it.but ya know what its worth every penny because i love this car i learn more and more every day about it from this web site glad i found it.but ya know what burns me is these kids who buy them and they beat the ever living s### OUT OF THEM AND THEN THEY SAY WELL I;m getting rid of it because i have a problem .figuer out what it is and fix it then maybe youll learn to stopp doind neutral drops.and smoking the tires every were you go. take care of the car because it is going to be a collecter one day. thats just my opinion.i dont know about anyone else.

Good job, I replaced mine about 3 weeks ago and the car is doing fine. As for the smoking tires, I try in my atx. But I know that whatever I break, that I will also replace. Good equation is----1}Driving like my grandma does in her 300hp Eldorado=No repairs and/or low maintenance OR
---2}Driving like me in my Ted B. LPM equipped ATX running 7000 rpm in first gear=Tranny replacement very soon :(
Hey, at least I look good doing it. :D
