Just thought id share my excitement with everyone on how much i love my new ALSFBs. I never thought the changes would be that dramatic. Along with the lowering of the SHO it feels like a COMPLETELY different car!! I cant beleive it. The traction is improved with little to no wheel hop, and i every little movement i make with the steering wheel is amplified. I love this...dosent feel like a taurus anymore!

Sorry for the outburst

you lowering the car is probably what makes it feel like its handleing better... subframe bushings alone wont do all of that...

The **** they won't!

AlSFB's increase the responsiveness of the steering over stock rubber like 10 fold. You want to believe that the subframe doesn't articulate with rubber bushings, then I've got some bad news for you

AlSFB's made a dramatic difference in the car's handling dynamic.

well, ive been driving it without them while the car has been lowered and it is nothing like it was now. I guess the combination is more drastic than others without lowered suspension, but what i guess im saying is they really put the icing on the cake.

i agree with the responsiveness... i just didnt notice as much of a difference... and traction and wheel hop have nothing to do with a solid subframe mount... matter of fact, if anything it should have more wheel hop

What I noticed when I installed mine is that , "Turn-In" is "right now!!". I havent taken mine to a track, but in a big parking lot I was doing some 'big circles' too see the difference, and I can tell my rear sway bar was getting a workout. Maybe its just something odd on my car, but that front end is just seems planted to the road.

Plus, I like how I can feel the motor in the car. Some dont like it, but I LOVE it.

Other then increased NVH, I see no downfall to the ALSFB's. I have them in all my SHO's.

Ok you all convinced me. ALSFB this spring with the clutch job, tranny refresh, rod bearing change and rod shifter install.

iv had good luck with my Gen 3 bushings also. No they arent as good as the aluminums that we have in our 93 but still really good. I think me and SHOpoor are going to trade come summer time. He wants alittle softer ride and i want alittle more response since im going to start AutoX soon.
