So I took alittle road trip to Cayahoga falls Tuesday and drove back on Wednesday. I saw a red V8 going north on 71 in norhtern Ohio as I was going south. Anyone on here who that might have been?
I have been striving to get 30 mpg out of this car. The first trip I took I was getting between 25-26 mpg. Yesterday I checked and was up to 27.5mpg. I have only taken the third cat off, will be installing a k&n filter panel as well as making my own ram air. And I have installed Xcal2. Still dailing it in. So far I have advanced the timing 2 degrees, and firmed up the shifts but still want the torque converter to stay locked up more than it does. It drives me crazy when ever I coast, at any speed, then get back on the throttle,whether alittle or alot, and the car comes out of TC lock-up. Seems to me the car would be fine under normal drivng conditions to lock-up at 35 mph.
