Airbag code 34

[SHO SPD]

Says driver airbag circuit low resistance or shorted. Is this usually the airbag itself or the clockspring?

I let the car sit for a month and hadn't had any problems with it until I went to drive it and seen the light flashing.

very likely the clockspring is bad, not likely its the airbag itself.
