Air Conditioning (Dual Climate)

Has anyone run into this issue?

I have dual climate control, my driver side can go ice cold at 60 degrees, however the passenger is always buring hot even set to 60. Same for the rear vents going to the backseat from the center console, just burning hot.

Im in the 2011.
