today I put in a JVC CD player. I also put in a Sony 500 watt amp and boss 500 watt 6 by 9 speakers. I ran the power cord to the battery and I ran the imput line from the CD player to the amp. I only hooked up the power (the red yellow and ground wire) to the Ford wiring harness. My front speakers aren't hooked up to the CD player yet but it should still work in the back right? the CD player turns on. It plays CDs and the tuner works but there is no sound why would that be. Its like my amp isn't getting power. I am going to find the wire for the front speakers once it is in the car and run them through the amp too. by the way if it helps this a 94 atx. well if any one can help it would be greatly appreciated.

i figured it out it was the remote wire. i though that that was for a remote :laugh_ti: i still have one more problem. Should I hook the front speakers up to the cd player or should I send them through the amp. they are pioneer i think 180 watt speakers.
