I Just got the car and it won’t go through the different modes. It will only turn traction control off and on. No mykey is programmed. It does have a custom tune on it. I’m wondering if they messed with the advancetrac settings.

Also, in regards to drag racing is there any real adcantage to the advancetrac being completely off vs traction control off?

You are pressing and holding the switch for 5 seconds while at a complete stop with foot on brake? And not getting :

ADVANCE-
TRAC OFF

Correct. Nothing happens, the screen stays blank.
I read about the MyKey restrictions and that’s not the case either.

I thought you couldn't fully turn off until 2013

The manual explains that the PP has sport mode and can turn everything off. I hope you’re right though so I don’t have to wonder why it’s not working. Traction control will go on and off so at least that is ok.

The only thing I can think of is to contact your tuner or load the oem tune back to the car, if possible.
I don't have PP, so cannot verify it even works on an untuned car.

Thank you. It’s all good though. The tune feels really good, so if it came down to it I’d rather have the tune and only have a couple traction control functions. Rather than, return it to stock and have the functions. That might not be the case. Also, I don’t have the cash flow for a dealer to investigate it lol.

This is supposedly for 2010-2013 sho pp. My button is not the same as the one in the video. My button is the picture of the car with squiggly lines. Maybe I don’t have a PP and the guy who sold me the car just lied lol.

After simple investigation, it’s not a PP. I have a spare tire and it shifts at 65mph. So, the traction control is working as it should. Thanks for the input anyway!

.....then check axle 1 or 2 on door sticker

I appreciate it, thanks. I’m pretty sure it’s a non PP by the gearing and it having a spare tire. I’ll definitely check the door when I get back. I’m away on vaca right now.
