Well...this is prolly a toughy for some...but the Actuator that controls heater ac flap in the dash is, and has, been making this clicking noise for quite some time now...it clicks for about 30sec when you start the car...well today it has had its last click...now it moves the Blend Door right into heater mode...even while A/c compressor is still running...problem is simple, I need to replace Actuator Motor. I have the motor my dad got it out of a Taurus when he used to own the car...but never put it in b/c of all the work he had to go though to get it out of the the Taurus in the Junk Yard. Has ANYONE had this problem out there!!!!??? I would like hints and short cuts on replacing the Actuator...thanks ~Nick~
