Acts like water in fuel???

I move to florida recently from Wisconsin and in wisconsin i noticed this weird stunt my car would like to play sometimes. I starts chugging for no reason, i normally pull over and let the car just idle for a couple minutes(kinda like getting somthing out of the system) and then after a few minutes it runs fine. I have replaced many parts like all SHO owners but im stumped?

Have you ever checked for codes? What many parts have you replaced? Cleaned your MAF lately?
