Can you state which fuse it is? How many amps? Is it an underhood fuse in the engine compartment or in the fuse panel inside the car? I'm not the best with tracing electrical but there are some people here that are pretty good. The more info the better the answers...usually
ATX is automatic transmission. MTX is manual transmission. The low coolant sensor on the ATX is in the white plastic bottle against the passenger fender. Take the connector off it to test the fuse.
What year? I'll look at the electrical diagrams. Looks like it might have something to do with ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System). That fuse covers the ABS control module and power relay.
The ACCY fuse blowing means a short to ground somewhere in the ABS (Antilock Brake System). However, you say that the car started fine even with a blown ACCY fuse. Now it won't, so something else has to be going on. Pull the codes to see if they tell you anything: http://wiki.wikisho.com/wiki/EEC_Self_Test_Procedure
