Does anyone have any problem with their AC? I have mine set to 60 and it just does not feel that cold and I always have it on full blast just to feel it on my face.

Stick a thermometer in there to check your vent temps first. I did on the way home from work, and they were about 40 degrees, and it is about 85-90 degrees out now.

I've noticed the same problem with mine. I think it's more of an airflow issue than a temperature issue. The vent on the left of the dash doesn't blow much at all and the vent in the middle doesn't hit the driver very well. It seems to blow more towards the center of the car so the driver doesn't feel much air.

Have you checked the cabin filter?

What color is the interior of your car? I've noticed that mine doesn't feel as cold as I think it should when I leave work in the evening, but my car is black with black interior. Even the cooled seats don't seem as effective as the ones in my wife's MKZ, but she has the light camel interior. I've also noticed that if I drive somewhere in the afternoon on a weekend, the A/C seems nice and cold like I would expect, and the seats cool very nicely. That's after it's been sitting in the garage all morning. I think it has to do a lot with the amount of black in the interior (this IS a big car) after sitting in the sun all day. Is that maybe what you're experiencing as well?

I'd definitely have the dealer take a look at it. We just got back (last week) from a road trip down South to Texas and back. Even in the over 100 degree heat of Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, etc. the A/C performed great as I like it like a meat locker. It can take a while to get cool but I think that's all R/134a systems.
