Took the car down to the local AC shop, and was quoted at a $1,000 for a new evaporator, and drier install. Does anybody have any detailed information on how I can go about performing this job myself? Any help would be truly appreciated, especially since I'm in San Antonio Texas, and it's plus 100 outside. LOL
