ABS Probelms!

For the past week now Iv noticed that when Im coming to a complete stop my ABS ( I think) kicks in. And it kicks in hard to, so bad my brake pedal locks itself and a loud grinding noise will go for a sec. I dont know what this is though. I checked my rotors but their not glazed, but recently I did re-do the brakes with new Raybestos Rotors and Pads. Its all I could afford. And while I did the rear rotors I cleaned off the ABS sensor. I also noticed that last night when I was leaving the gas station I let the clutch out and soon after a winding/ticking noise appeared. Im clueless at the moment of whats going on. Do you guys know whats going on? Thanks in advance.

Well I unplugged the ABS Module and the brakes are working like their suppose to. Not grinding or fighting my foot anymore. But should I replace that module or is it the ABS Sensors?
