ABS codes

I have been experiencing an intermittent ABS light. Also, once in awhile, my ABS kicks in while coming to an easy stop.

Codes are as follows:

31 LH Front sensor
35 LH Front sensor
37 RH Rear sensor
75 LH Front sensor

First, I find it strange to need 3 different codes telling me the same thing. Wouldn't one be sufficient?

Second, where do I start in replacing things? Do I just throw new sensors on the LF and RR?
