My ABS light has been on since I got the car.. I pulled my ABS codes and got #22 (LH Front Inlet Valve Open)
I reviewed the diagnosis procedure on another post and it points to "Replace brake pressure control valve block" as the final step.
I happened to check that mechanical rear brake pressure control contraption and noticed that the spring and connection that tethers the lever arm to the suspension was gone. So lever arm is just hanging from the valve block.
Now I bought the bias plugs and I'm going to take that lever arm off and install them. Considering the troubleshooting leads to "replacing" that valve block, could it be the case that the hanging lever is throwing my ABS system for a loop? And the bias plugs will fix the ABS code 22, tricking the system to think the valve block is now functioning?
Thanks
