About to Decarbon...

About to do the Decarbon Procedure from Shotimes but want to make sure of one last thing.

I suck the Cleaner & Water into the Port right next to the Throttle Body (up top), correct?
The one circled in the pic below.

Yup that's the one.

Geez that's one bright intake! Looks good though... I didn't put anything in that hole. I just pulled off the airbox snorkel from the TB, and ran the engine while spraying a buttload of B-12 in there. I didn't use any water or anything. Seems like it helped out quite a bit, but I'm gonna do it again soon, and finish off the whole can... wink

Thanks for the replies.

I'll have to admit i was a bit hesitant doing this for the first time, but everything worked out fine.

I ended up using pourable b-12. Some others recommend using Seafoam but i couldn't find that at any auto shops.

p.s. that's not my intake, i grabed the pic from another "decarbon procedure" topic. It is pretty! thumbup
