Just searching and found that the A8 NAV SD card is available. Ford parts price shows $149.99 but with free shipping until end of July. Prices can probably be beat on Amazon or eBay but general advisory that the cars is available finally. Release is in pretty consistent timing with annual release of previous cards maybe slightly behind.

I wish Ford would offer an annual subscription for updates and provide them automatically, wirelessly via Sync.

If you do order from dealer make a note and pay attention.

I made a visit to dealer, and although the parts clerk entered the part number correctly the reply came back on the B8 card....

Saw this. Just bought a used A7 card. Arrived yesterday, it works but the sticker looks fishy. I'm not sure if I will return or just keep it as it's working and I am not planning on spending $150 on a new one.

Put the write tab on the card in the upward position and save a simple notepad file to it. If it saves, its a clone. If it refuses to save, then its legit. Just don't overwrite or delete any of the existing files.

The $129.99 on eBay mentions in the fine print assembled in Korea.....For that money I would pay the extra $20 to get the Authorized Ford Vendor legit copy.

If that many people are interested in the A8 Ill just get one and make some copies for people at $50.
