Start by getting codes, go to the "how do I section" to learn how to read the codes yourself. This should give you an idea what is going on. But it does sound like either something loose or a crank sensor failing.

Those mini-stalls as I call them are your only warning that you need either a crank or cam sensor. Let it go, and you can plan on a tow. Pun intended.

The cam sensor is easy enough to swap out after work one night. The crank sensor is quite a bit more involved so rule out the cam sensor and don't delay. If it still has the ministalls after you get the cam sensor swapped, get some time set aside for a front 60k.

yup, classic symptoms of a failing crank sensor - but there should be a code pointing to that as well, so pulling the codes will be very important.
