I have a 95 sho atx and latly if i drive the car for say 1 hour then i shut it off go in the store for 15 come back out and start it it will start but stall in 5 seconds the only way to make it stay running is to rev it to 3000rpm for 30seconds then it will idle fine until the next time also we just changed the head gasket the valve cover gaskets ,intake gaskets,spark plug tube seals, but now i have a pretty bad oil leak that leaks on to my cat and smokes out the passenger tire the more i run the car hard the more it smokes offf the cat what gives????????? any help is greatly appreciated i love these cars !:)

Not sure about the idling issue but as far as the oil leak if it just started happening after you replaced those gaskets you should check to see if you might have rolled the rear valve cover gasket. If thats not the case its most likely your rear cam seal.

The very rear one is behind the cam sensor, just to the left of the timing cover. Just take off the sensor and see if its full of oil. To replace it you can take the timing cover off for more room. You have to take the sensor off and the vane behind it. Ford seals are the best you can get them at a dealer. Make sure you put some rtv around the edges or it may still leak, I had to redo it because of this.

thanks i will check that and also do you think that it could be leaking from the oil pan gasket??

Well if you said its leaking onto your cat...then i dont think it could possibly be your oil pan. Most likely probably your rea cam seal.
