Hey guys. Having much trouble. My sho is about to hit 120k so I started doing some 60kmaitenence. Gaskets were replaced and she went away running mint. Took the heads off got them cleaned up and got a valve job done. I did get new iridium plugs and new Taylor 8.2 wires. Ported intake, bbbs, etc.... But now the problem.

Everything seemed fine. Wasn't getting spark so I went to the book. Re adjusted the crank pos sensor to the right setting. Still not working. I'm pretty lost as far as what to do next.

I'm sure I forgot key details for some help so ask me qs and please help!!!

A good bet would be the DIS unit is not properly grounded. One of the small screws grounds the DIS unit to the intake equalizer tube. Then this unit is grounded to the firewall. There is a lot of information on this topic on this forum.

were there any codes?

at this point, you have a lot of candidates: crank sensor, dis, bad ground, pcm, etc.

Checked all of my grounds they are good. How can I test my crank pos sensor? I think that might be the issue

read the codes - if the crank sensor is bad there will be a code...

I just re-read your first post. If you had to readjust the crank sensor there is a very high probability that it is broken and won't work. The magnet make it want to stick to the shutter wheel (making the top gap too large) and when you turn the engine over if its like that, the sensor gets broken.
