94 ATX Stop at red light it stalls

When I come to a complete stop the engine sounds like its starving for fuel and you can see the rpm gaug going from 900-400 then it trys to go back up and sometimes it makes it up to 900 then drops back down under 500 a few times and then stalls.

I just did an engine on test and got:

I dont know much about cars.

Sounds like a vaccum leak.

Sounds like you have several problems:

136 - O2 sensor always reading lean - probably bad sensor. If over 60K miles, just replace both of them. This can also be a vacuum leak on one bank. Such a vacuum leak can also cause the stalling issue.

332 - EGR system failure. SEARCH on "332" and my user # for diagnostic procedure. Most likely either clogged EGR passages or bad DPFE sensor.

129 & 167 - Most likely incorrectly execute dynamic response test. It takes some practice...

Stalling at idle - Usually the IAC valve. Clean it. If that doesn't help, replace it.

If the car hasn't had a 60k (or 100K) please consider doing that soon. It may or may not solve your problems but it is probably due!

Ok It's still stalling after all this work I just did.

I replaced the AIC and cleanded all the carbon out of the passages of the throttle body when I had it was off.
In the past 2 months it got a new water pump and timing belt.
I also replaced the CANP valve.

And I still have the slalling once it warms up every time I stop.
