Im a first time sho owner, just bought the car. It starts and drives good for about half hr then it goes nuts. It will start by running rough like intake is taking in a lot. Then it finally shuts down. So I turn key off then back to the on position (not running) and ccrm buzzes and clicks with the fuel pump and cooling fans kick on and off. The tac also jumps up and down between 0-300 rpms. I have checked all grounds replaced battery term. I have also tried a new ccrm and no change. It seem like when it get warm it acts up!Please help!!!!!

No codes

I check for codes and none came up. When I got home car was acting like it had a dead battery! So I hooked it up too my friends v8 truck and the car was still acting like it was dead! I took a small gauge wire and touched positive to the motor lift hook and it did nothing! When it decided to ark I was getting a clicking out of the relay on driver side that is in front of air filter! The ccrm was also making a clicking sound too! I have check all grounds under hood and the main on trans and nothing! Then after all of that the car made some weird sound, then started right up! Any ideas?

those symptoms occur when the pcm is either bad or not connected properly, and when the engine is not grounded properly.

I'd check all the battery cables carefully, then the engine grounds, then the connector to the pcm. If all that is good, I'd swap in a known good pcm.

Take the chip (or sh*t they are about the same thing) out because 1. they're useless and 2. if it loose it will cause all of your symptoms.

That was exactly what my 95 atx did when the chip went bad. Pull that pos chip out of there. I changed the fuel pump and and ccrm before I figured out it was the chip.

just toss the pos chip and see if all your current problems don't go away.

you can get the right connector for any new head unit at Best Buy, Car Toys, etc. so it plugs right in. should be less than $10.

Just wondering if there is anything else done to your car besides the chip. Is there anything that needed the chip, like a C&L maf for instance?
