93mtx primes,cranks, tach responds, but won't start

Turns out the F-150 crew are tuned into this issue. Our eec-iv uses the same caps. This is a common issue, and it's pretty easy to solder on circuit boards this big.

Qty 1 10uF 63V
Qty 2 47uF 16V

There are kits out there for $15, but that's kinda pricey for caps which cost pennies a piece. Gonna do some research to figure out a reputable cap brand, source, and whatever protective spray they used.

It's hard to come across new stuff (except hard to trace electrical wiring problems popping up alot more now) that we haven't seen before. Interested in following this
