93 problem, car stalling, need help fast

I have a 93 ford tar. When you come to a stop sign or traffic light and then start to go forward, the engine will cut off. You try to start it back, it just keeps turning over and over again. After about 5-10 minutes, you just let it set still, and then try to start it, it will start. I thought it was the fuel filter, so I changed that about 1 month ago. Have not had a problem with it at all. Today it has done it 3-6 times since this morning. This was my mother-in-law car that was given to me for my daughter who turned 16 yesterday. She was driving today when it quit. Very dangerous for her. Has anyone had this problem with type of car?

Car stalling?

My car was also stalling intermittently. I know that it was a combination of things. Initially the only code that came up was in reference to the ignition module so it was replaced. It was still stalling but not as frequently My mech said that the crank sensor would not be the problem but he was wrong even though my water pump is fine the sensor was still malfunctioning. When the crank sensor was replaced it almost completely solved the problem. Every once in a wgile I hear a whine coming from the rear of the car , I am fairly sure this whine is coming from the fuel pump now if the car stalls it is only when the pump is whining . Also consider replacing your cam position sensor.

if your car is not an SHO model the Engine and drivetrain are entirely different so any of my advice would be useless if it's not an SHO.
