93 mtx with 3.2 swap will not start.

i am trying to finish up doing the 3.2l swap in my 93 mtx and i can not get it to fire. i have fuel and spark but it still will not start. i did the 3.0l timing set, all accesories as well as new gaskets and wp. i have set the timing 10 times lined up every mark. i have also compression checked the engine to. and before you say cps i have replaced it three times with diffrent ones i have laying around. as well as replaced the cam sensor. i gapped it properly at .030 it will just sit there and crank until you open up the throttle all the way and then it will just backfire and miss like crazy. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the spark plugs routed correctly? This sounds like your problem.

I vote misrouted plug wires too. Cylinders 5 and 6 more than likely.

Id still run if only 5 and 6 were swapped.. just like complete shit...

Like backfiring and missing. It's getting fuel and spark. Just lighting it off at the wrong time.

He did a swap. Were the heads gone into? Valve stem seals or anything that would require the cams to come out?
