93/95 engine differences

I have a 93 ATX SHO with 163,000 miles on it and just purchased a new engine with transaxle that came out of a 95. Is there going to be ANY differences that I need to be aware of when we go to swap the newer engine?

Also I haven't shopped for SHO stuff since the SHOshop went out of business. Is there aftermarket sho parts still available like struts, springs, engine enhancements etc?

And no, it should be a direct bolt in. I would try and use the EEC from the later year though (better shift program)
