Went back in my emails with Brett from Aeromotive Fuel Systems Inc about the layout he told me to do. He said, “
Andrew,

Yes, you'll need a regulator, 13134, and a return line. I'd put the regulator as close to the engine as possible, Run AN-10 through a 12339 filter into one side of the regulator, out the other side into the injection pump inlet, out the bottom back to the tank. We'll need to run Stainless, braided PTFE line to be compatible with ethanol. What does the inlet connection on the DI pump look like? 3/8" Quick Connect?”

I think this is perfect then IMG 1917IMG 1915IMG 1913
And I got plenty of hood clearance LOL! Only about 1/4” for the hood to go down so it’s plentifulIMG 1919

Ordered hopefully one of my last 3-4 purchases of parts. Interesting is that the -10AN braided PTFE lines I ordered, the ultra light ones…almost $450 for just 20ft!

For the nod of approval from Turbowerx that my setup with the oil return, tank and scavenger pump looks good! Sweet!

Think I’m going to place my Alky pump here at an angle. More brackets to makeIMG 1924
And I’m going to skip finalizing the panel and go right to the fuel cell top plate/pump, cell brackets, and hose assembly and layout once my goodies from Racetronix arrive in the next few days. Not a bad visual of what’s to come IMG 1927

That CF trunk lid is a thing of beauty! You're continually destroying oem and aftermarket barriers. Oh the fueling is a limitation? Oh the turbos won't push that much hp? No one making upgrades for the transmission? Hold my beer, we're going to knock those walls down! You go dude! Eff yeah!

even with a custom gas tank - there is still room for a couple of dead hookers and an overnight bag. :thumb:

Ok more progress and the rest of the weekend to work on the car. So much done and so much left to do. Big learning curve with AN JIC and AN PTFE fittings and hoses, pipe compression to AN and NPT to AN. Hard to really grasp without jumping in…wasting money helps to learn quickly. Wasting money by mistake. I’m about $3,000 into fittings, hoses, adapters, bulkheads, thermal protection and I’d guess I’ve got about 5-$600 wasted on things I didn’t need…guess I’ll have a little leftover hoses and fittings for future line making. Or to repair or replace a line. Oil feed to turbos protected and completely done and tightened IMG 2026IMG 2028IMG 2032
Coolant block off npt plugs coming (not running coolant lines) probably add them later but they aren’t 100% necessary
IMG 2043
Return and pump outlet to bulkhead done
IMG 2034IMG 2035IMG 2036IMG 2037
This is the front section of fuel lines done. I’ve got some tighter billet hose separators coming, I ordered the size for the rubber -10 AN but the PTFE -10AN hoses are smaller outside diameter…closer to -8. IMG 2039IMG 2041IMG 2038
The fuel lines = filter = regulator = HPFP = return complete done and tightened.

Meth pump is mounted. I had to buy some 1/4 NPT to -6AN for the tank outlet and 3/8 NPT - -6AN pump inlet and 3/8 NPT to -4AN outlet along with a pre pump 100 micron filter, post pump 70 micron filter, -6AN PTFE fittings and hoses and -4 AN PTFE fittings and hoses ….but ProMeth shorted me 1 (-6AN PTFE straight fitting) and 3 (-4AN PTFE straight fittings) so that’s on hold. They supplied me hoses with one fitting off when I first ordered the volute injection kit…so you could cut the hose to desired length with one hose end preinstalled and you’d have to attach the other straight fitting yourself…..so when I was ordering lines…I saw that you could option for one hose end to be left off..and I chose that…but then they didn’t send me the other straight fitting hose end. Didn’t respond to my email I sent Monday…so with another Racetronix order I just bought them. Getting another shipment of hoses and fittings Wednesday.

So when is first fire? It is after Sept 6! Lol.
The expectations of when it will be ready keep lowering but I’ll be pleased to finally fire it up and change the narrative from not done…to…it starts and drives. Even if I didn’t get a chance to run it or dial it in yet. I got this waiting. Eventually this is all she’ll run on Image
