i really lucky i didnt lose control and had a clear path over 3 lanes to the breakdown lane. another problem i had is i have the 11.6 upgrade and the spare didnt fit so i had to call my fater inlaw to come get me and go for a new tire. i was on my way to new hampshire but when it blew i was only 20 miles out. there were no bulges in the tire last week when i did the breaks so i dont know how it happend

just for future reference, it's bad to put the spare on the drive wheels anyway. if you ever geta flat on the front, rotate one of the rears up and put the spare on the back. it's more work, but better for the driveline. other than that, glad everything's ok

So I'm reading the first post and thinking how would I fare if I had to put the spare on my front wheel....holy crap what if it doesnt fit as I trek to the convention and have a flat. Bing, oh yea, swap the full size from the rear and put the spare on the back....:doh
