Does Gates T248 has marks, whitch belt is the best? Fel-pro #VS50378R gaskets from RockAuto is everything what I need? Spark plugs holes are full of oil.

The gates T248 does have the marks to properly set the belt. THe VS 50378R gasket set is the valve cover gaskets and the plug well seals. I'm not sure exactly what else you are asking though.
