makes sense that a car needing its 60k would run better after having one. Every car I've ever done 60-120k service on you could feel the difference after. Should make better times for sure.

Better times, better gas mileage, more overall mileage and life of the car.

well if he was running a 18 sec qtr mile time to start.... then after doing a 60k, ran 15.5 yes times could get alot faster... depends how crappy the car was running before.

My car has always pulled like a train.. I changed out my cam sensor when the cam seal wore out and i replaced it.... It pulled harder.. I recommend doing one anyway just for longevity of the car its self.. I wouldn't worry about faster times from a STOCK 15+ year old car. And before you mod, maintain.. Or, you could do it like me and mod WHILE you maintain. I like to, if at all possible, replace my worn out parts with upgraded parts! :)

beast i agree he said he ran a 15.80 with 200k and No 60k in a 95 atx... did 60k then went 15.1 ........i know it also could have been conditions...15.80 day could have been a 110 degress outside ona slippery track in a 30mph headwind...lol and the 15.1 could have been 50 degrees witha 30mph tailwind and he hookedup like he was on a aircraft carrier....lol but would someone pick up a siziable amount of the difference after a 60k just a question
