On my way into work tonight @approx. 75mph a new Nissan Maxima comes up beside me looking to get his a** handed to him. Now, i def. know better because i've never performed 60K and my car has felt a little sluggish latelely but i said what the heck. I kicked it out of o/d and romped on it. Pulling ahead, he gets behind me then all of a sudden a **** of smoke exits my rear end! Pretty big cloud too! headbang CEL comes on so i back off to asess any damage. CEL keeps blinking then eventually stays off. Temp is fine, rpms fine, no smells or noises... I'm thinking its time put it away for the winter and begin maintenance immediately. The funny thing is afterward i caught up and kicked his butt. My SHO seems to have more pep and acceleration now though. shrug
