I've seen a lot of 3rd Gen SHOs, but we have a 3rd Gen SHO (Silver/Silver) come in for the camshaft pinning with cloth interior throughout. I've never to this day seen a V8 SHO with anything other than full leather. I have seen a 96 however without the CD Changer or sunroof.

Has anyone else seen a V8 SHO with cloth interior?

Oh, BTW the client wanted to know if anyone was interested in swapping leather interior for his cloth interior - just thought I'd put the word out. His interior is flawless.

i've seen a bunch of generation 3 sho's with cloth interior. its more on the line of a base model sho. i am not sure of the years, but some of the ones i seen were full cloth interior and no moonroof, and some had a moonroof. body colors i have seen them on are the green ones, and on the rose mist (pinkish purple).

Originally 96-97 Sho "s came with cloth interiors with leather being the optional choice. The moonroof and chrome rims also were options. In 98-99 there was only one option being the passenger side power seat every other above mentioned item was now standard at a substantially higher base price.

Clarence Allenby on Windsor, Ontario has got a '96 with cloth. I think that there's a couple of others on the V8 mailing list with cloth also. I thought it was a dealer take off.

I've seen regular SLO leather seats on e-bay. I've also seen new leather upholstery on e-bay for the SLO. Mind you the SLO front seats are a bit different, the rear should still work.

No options on the 99's is an understatement. :(

A local SHOcago member (rockfordSHO :D ) has a full cloth interior.

Actually on the 1998 SHO the only option was a power antenna which our SHO came with. According to the window sticker everything else came standard, hence the 30,000 sticker price.

That is interesting. I have the window sticker for my '98 also, which sits in front of me now and says the 'dual 6-way power seats' are the only chargable option with the power antenna and the front license plate braket as 'no charge' items. Since it is my understanding that all '98 SHOs were delivered with the power antenna as no charge, it would seem reasonable to consider it to be a standard item, even if it is not listed in the Standard Equipment window of the sticker, which might have happened since the window was out of useable space filled by all of the other standard items. Mine was. :)

I pointed on the list before the rear seats are different in the SLO and SHO.

http://www.ozzmannt.com/sho/images/backseat2.jpg <- My backseat, image is large btw, that is acutally Med. P. Tan also.

http://www.superford.org/registry/showpic.php?pID=5456 <- SLO backseat

http://www.superford.org/registry/index.php?vID=593&fs=1&dni=1&vs0=_837_&vs1=&vs2=&s1=&s2=&s3=&s4=1996&s5=1&s6=43&s7=&s8=&s9=&s10=leather&s11=&s12=&s13=0&s14=&s15=&s16=&s17=&s18=19 99&s19=&s20=0

You can also try that last link and you can see that he swapped his SLO interior for SHO interior.

the seats that are in this link my back seat are the originals that came with the car. The other seats i have featured on the site are SHO seats, but i just posted them up there for people to see the difference the two. Also i never swapped the SLO seats for SHO seats cause i like the look of the 2 tone tan leather. Plus i haven't seen that many taurii with that kind of color combination and seat pattern.
