3.2 swap done, but runs a hair rough... codes...

I completed the 3.2 swap, check engine light is on, and I am pulling a 51, and 81 KOEO test, but KOER test is 98, and 81... What do these mean? The engine runs, and then it had died out of no where, then I started it back up, and ran... are one of these codes relating to that problem?
