1990 with 101K MTX. Starts and runs just fine at idle. While you are shifting up and increasing speed the engine bogs or skips a little bit then revs up fine. Seems worst when cold. Seems to act up most during acceleration or when the engine is under the most load.
Wires? Bad plug? Coil pak? Anyone have this problem before? I have not done a whole lot of troubleshooing on this problem yet.

BTW, is it like a "dead spot" that you have to push through (and after a certain rpm it clears up)? If so, it's a MAF issue.

~$100 you can pick up a new MAF from rockauto.com.

Could be the 'ole "mouse nest in the block valley/chewing on some wires" syndrome :)
Is this a SHO thing or what? I've now seen 3 SHO V6's with the remnants of a mouse nest in the valley.

Re: Problem Solved

Air cleaner clogged with dried leaves, dust and everything else - no mice. This stuff worked its way up into the MAF, cleaned that too, cleaned plugs all is well runs like new

TPS- Throttle positioning sensor. My friends 95MTX did the same thing, We threw another TPS on there and it vanished.
