3.0 or 3.2 intake?

Does anyone know if the intakes on a 3.0 is any different from those on a 3.2? I am looking to buy a spare to powdercoat and found a 3.0 cheap but my motor is 3.2. Will it fit?

TB is different, front surge tank the same, runners the same, rear surge tank different (provision for EGR and extra vacuum ******), crossover tube different (DIS mounted farther back).
