Hey, what bellhousing holes do you guys put the arms for the engine stand in? The four bolt holes are up top, I was gonna use them, but it seems like they're not spaced out enough.

Should I use the lower holes that aren't threaded and nut-and-bolt it?

Use what ever fits, it can only line up a certain way. Use the subframe bolts, M12 x 120mm.

If you have spacers on the swing away arms of the engine stand, you might need longer bolts. Be careful that the arms do not interfere with the thermostat housing. Use right one of the top two and the two non threaded ones at the bottom, but use big washers so you don't damage the locating dowel rings on those two.

I put bolts in the top two (yes, close to the t-stat housing) and the bottom two unthreaded holes. The arms on my stand have holes just large enough to go over the dowels :) :) :)

Time to work.
