Alright. Passenger side wiring, I secured it to these lines and began routing it forwards the engine bay. Note that you can see that bit of heat shield there.
You can see the wire running behind the heat shield. I used a 10mm wrench on the nuts to release the shield from the body and tucked the wire up under there to cross the wire on to the drivers side (to avoid the exhaust).
Not the best picture, I brought the wires together and tucked them inside the frame.
Used a piece of foam (temp) to keep the wires secured.
I routed the final wire up through the e-brake grommet located under the drivers side carpeting.
The electrical work was easy, but I didn’t document because I tapped in to the ground and aux wire from my hardwired radar detector. Tested it out and it worked perfectly.
Very fun project and not too frustrating. Videos don’t really do it Justice, but I’ll post if anyone wants.
I have a dragy from before and I’ll get one sometime this weekend at the same spot. I’ll post both just for people to see.
