Does anyone know if these repair manuals such as Chilton or Haynes are good for SHO's? I see they both have a little statement saying the manuals don't include information specific to the 3.5 twin turbo. Does that really matter? If so does anyone know of a manual that does include that?

Chilton and Haynes are usually limited to regular high volume Taurus sedans. There is some crossover for shared design like suspension, brakes, etc but the reason for buying this version is generally not covered. I don't have this version of SHO, but I'm sure someone will drop a link for you. You can also try to use the search forums feature on the upper left, fill in search terms and narrow search to Gen IV section.

Alldata.com is a subscription service I can pay for. Not that great for fix suggestions etc, but all torque fluid volumes etc.

I saw a link to a google drive doc in a post somewhere online. I wasn't looking to open it but it's out there with a simple google search. That doc may have something of value.
