I'm looking at a 2011 SHO for sale, asking price $12,700:

Milage: 68,***
Tires: New
Body shape: no visible dings, looks clean inside and out
Title: rebuilt

The owner claims he bought it from an insurance auction and has "before" pictures, had it aligned, etc.

Good value?

No, not really. A rebuilt title should give you a 50% discount. Is this car worth 25.4k with a clean title?

I agree, overpriced by a few thousand. That's almost what I paid for my 11 two and a half years ago without a rebuilt title. You could find a clean 13 for only a couple thousand more depending on your part of the country.

I agree that it's overpriced with the rebuilt title. If it was $6k-$7k I would say it's a good value.

$13k for a sub-70k miles SHO? I would honestly be surprised because I bought my SHO 2 years ago, was looking sub-70k miles, and the cheaper prices were $18k-$20k. I haven't looked sense then but I would expect a car with that mileage (and clean title) to be $15k-$17k. If they are normally going $13k then the price has dropped dramatically in the past 2 years.

not at all a good deal. In this part of the country, that would be about the going price for a clean car with a clean title (maybe another thousand). At least 33% discount on a late model car for a salvage title, as much as the 50% suggested above. Anything over $8k is too much, imho.

With the way values are going, I wouldn't even consider one earlier than a 2013.
