Here is your chance at a great looking, amazing condition SHO.

(for additional pictures, please see ad here: https://www.ksl.com/auto/listing/2754312)

1994 Ford Taurus SHO in almost perfect condition. 95,000 miles, Yamaha produced 3.2 liter SHO V6 originally producing 220hp, with an automatic transmission.

If you know about these cars or remember them being made, you know that very few of them were sold (less than 110,000 between ’89 and ’99), and the high revving, ahead of its time engine is pretty impressive. This car is also loaded with just about every luxury option that was available in 1994. Ford was said to have built the SHO (Super High Output) variant of the Taurus to compete with the popular BMW business sedans of the time. This car runs and drives fantastic and everything works great. It is obvious that it has been extremely well taken care of over the years, especially by looking through the stash of receipts that is in the glovebox for very regular maintenance. The only aftermarket parts on this car are the dual Magnaflow mufflers and the reusable air intake. Factory options include power everything: windows, locks, drivers and passenger seats, working pneumatic seat bolsters and lumbar support, sunroof, automatic headlights, fog lights, cruise control, factory dual sport exhaust piping, automatic climate control, JBL factory stereo with cassette and CD, SHO body pieces, rear lip and badging, and interior lighting in just about every corner. Still has the factory spare tire and jack that has never been removed, and the tires that are on it probably have 90 percent tread life left. We just had it at the mechanic for a complete checkup; they replaced the alternator, and gave it an otherwise completely clean bill of health mechanically, adding that they thought it was one of the cleanest and coolest 90’s cars they had seen in a long time. The ONLY blemishes on this car currently are a crack in the passenger side of the windshield, a black mark on the back seat from a tire that someone had in there, and the heater blower fan occasionally has a hard time maintaining a middle variable speed and will sometimes change blowing speeds if the switch is set to a middle level however the heater and AC units themselves work fine. This car is in perfect shape other than those couple of minor issues.

This really is a very nice, very cool car, I honestly believe you would have a hard time finding one that is in this good of condition. Seeing it in person, and feeling and hearing the sound of the secondary intakes opening at 4000rpm will really make you appreciate that this is a long ways from your standard 90’s Ford Taurus. I bought the car simply because I had the chance and thought I would use it as a really cool second vehicle, but unfortunately I have found other needs that require my finances more than having a sweet second ride and just can’t quite justify it. Don’t miss this rare chance to own this amazing SHO car! (Pun intended) I do have access to a truck and trailer, and delivery could most likely be arranged for a fair additional cost if that was something the buyer needed. If you are a long ways away, I also have contacts within the transport business.
