Probably going to have to use and end wrench.
For oiling my turbo, I have an oil filter relocation sandwich with different ports on it. One feeds my turbo, one feeds one of my oil pressure gauges, and another my oil temp.
Also, other setups have used the stock oil pressure location ( near rear of engine, close to trans, you should be able to see it if you look past the hard coolant lines for the heater core) and teed off a turbo feed line.
