Ok, F-22 Raptor SHO Here helping a fellow northern Arizona SHO owner MountainSHO to sell his car.
This is a very clean 1994 MTX SHO with 102,000 old guy miles on it. NEVER RACED NEVER MODDED! MountainSHO is an infrequent forum member who I have known for over 4 years. He bought this car in March of 1997 from his friend (another Arizona resident old person) with a mere 29,000 miles on the odo. Well now he has 102,000 miles on it and wants to sell it hopefully to another SHO enthusiast. It has spent its entire lifetime in Flagstaff Arizona where the temperatures are mild. No 120 degree summers like in Phoenix.

Newer Tires with lots of tread left: Goodyear All season Weatherhandler LS's. Can you say old guy touring tires?

The Maintenance:
Since I wanted to buy this car when I first met him, I offered to keep it maintained if/when he wanted to sell it. I took care of this car as if it were mine. Why I dont buy this car at this point is a marital issue that I would rather not get into. All I can say is I'm kinda bummed my wifey doesnt want a stick shift as a DD. Of course I'm not willing to sell my pristine White Gen I to own a green Gen II as my DD.
Interior is in excellent shape with believe it or not NO BOLSTER WEAR: Truly rare!
Radiator and thermo replaced at 56K - all hoses at 72K
New clutch and rear main seal at 78K
New battery at 83K
New water pump, timing belt, accessory belts and CPSne belts at 90K.
Replaced starter/solenoid at 96K
I did the 60k on the car at 85,000 miles. Full upper 60k with new silicone hoses, Motorcraft wires and plugs, complete intake cleaning and all new gaskets. I even made the intake look nice with letter fills.
Oil changes were done at every 3,000 miles...often times even less (he's old remember?)
He has all maintenance records since the car was new.
He drove the car very infrequently as can be seen by the current mileage. In 13 years of ownership he drove the car only 80k.
When I drove it with him after the upper 60k, I took it to redline from 1-2, 2-3, and then 3-4. This was the FIRST time and LAST time the car had been driven like that EVER! MountainSHO was a bit surprized at what the car could do.
and said and I quote, "Holy cow, I knew the car was quick but I would never drive like that!" He usually shifted at 4k and only had it to 5k a couple of times. Seeing his eyes light up when the tach was at 7 was priceless. He did say "I dont ever want to do that to the car again!"
Ok, so now the issues:
All stuff is pretty minor.
The power antenna doesnt work. It wont retract on its own. When its up, the radio works fine.
The AC: The temperature control works fine. Its hot when you turn it to 90, but only outside temperature when you dial it to 60. The AC compressor doesnt kick on, when you hit max AC. I put a gauge on the charge line, it reads full charge. I dont know how to fix it, though it seems like a simple task. Might be a new EATC unit or a connector wire. I just havent had a chance to investigate it. Being we live up in the mountains, its not often the AC button is even pushed let alone used regularly.

NONE, NADDA, ZIPPO....They dont use salt up here, so the entire undercarriage is rust free. The Y-pipe nuts look like new.
ACCIDENTS: NONE
Scuffs: Minor. There is one scuff on the passenger side front bumper corner from a minor spousal driveway bump. Picture shows very minor surface damage/rubbage
Passenger side has door dings from wife's other car in the garage. Hey, you know old folks.
MODIFICATIONS:
Not even a Y-pipe. FULLY stock. I had to talk him into putting a K&N air filter on it which it still has.

Asking Price is $3500. A great price for a clean non molested SHO
