1991 Plus in Nevada

I am pretty sure links aren't allowed on here. If this is unacceptable i apologize. There is a white plus on the Nevada C.List for only $700. Not sure the whole deal on it. Can somebody look in to saving this? I found mine on a basically scrap/part out auction site. It needed a $20 starter solenoid.. I know we curse our cars for their quirks but they are worth saving when they are not all rotted out. So many of us in the rust belt and salt happy states had and have to drive rusted vehicles and so many clean one are always junked. I just wanted to put it out there if anyone cares. If I didn't just buy one a few months ago I would be taking another trip out west.
