See post #94.
Are you refering to Colonial Park area?
I'm due north-west about 1/2 mile from Hershey Park.
Or due south-west from the AACA Museum.

-just for info purpose, i saw the dealer logo on the trunk. Carey Paul Ford is now Malcom-Cunningham Ford, over in Decatur, but they are still in business, if you were interested in tracking down old paper work on it. its located on the east side of Atlanta, out I-20 and the dealer where i work is on the west side almost to Alabama. if i knew anyone there, i'd get them to dig for it, but alas, i dont.:( but i thought you might want to know for future reference. very nice work also, by the way. attention to detail makes a difference....

Very nice car. I admire your attention to detail. Id like to buy the car, but it woud be hard for me to come up with the extra cash to have it shipped.

I hope your family issue turns for the better. Good luck selling the car. I imagine you'r firm on the price. You should be, theres not many of these cars left.

Thanks for the offer SHORANGERBIRD but I don't know what I'd need.
Thanks for the compliment Johnny Cash.
It's cold here and I don't have a heated garage.
Don't know when I'll get to working on it again.

I really need a heated garage, at least one space. :juggle:

I don't understand that one.
Anyways...
It looks as if my 68 Cougar will finally be coming home, after 9-1/2 long years.
So this one, who recently got a spot in the garage will have to come out.

Is the dash fixed in the car? And the price is still 2400 as long as I would bring wheels to put on it? Anything else wrong with the car besides whats listed in all the posts? Can you give me a list of what needs fixed or repaired as of today? Thanks very much

Dash is not yet fixed.
Price is still as originally listed.
The AC, cruise and sound system are remaining to be repaired.
And the cracked windshield as well.

Very nice car. Attention to detail means alot. While my car is not bad by any means, seeing this makes me almost ashamed at my car's current state. If only I had the time...or the cash for this one. Good luck :thumb:

Man, I'm really interested, but after seeing what he's done to the car, I'm a little intimidated LOL :oogle:

Kevin, besides the windshield, what other issues are there(i.e. is the A/C just disconected or just inop, etc...)

:thankyou:

Everything is in place, I was told it just needed freon.
I haven't checked the system at all.
That was something I planned to do this spring.
As well as the windshield if I can afford it.
The front passenger window does work, but it's slow.
The front drivers window works fine but pops out of the frame near the top.
If you hold it, it will stay in the track.
I was waiting for warmer weather to repair it.

WOW!!!!!! such a beautiful SHO. Keep up the good work. I hope whoever gets this car will take care of it like you do. Great job bringing the paint back. I saw you use zymol wax. I love that stuff. Nothing ive found is better. How did you get the tail lights to shine like that. Man if i had the money i would buy it in a heartbeat. Good luck with the sale its well worth what your asking for it. I would however replace the window. I know that crack would not pass in RI. But once again great work!!

Zymol works on any condition of paint.
But really pops if you clean and polished it first.

Ok everybody,

I'm bumping this...

I had a couple of unexpected bills pop up this week, which has dropped the money I was going to use to buy this car.

I just want to say that Kevin has been a great guy to deal with, going out of his way to try to help me get the car( PA to AL, 13 hours 700+ miles one way). If this hadnt've happened, I would've bought this car.

So, IMHO, I would have no qualms about buying from Kevin. And we've all seen the work he can do.

So, somebody buy this car!!!
