With 1000+ horsepower, I'd imagine the 0-60 time will increase for most drivers.

LOL ya man that power is just insane! They are saying 0-60 will be just shy of 3.5 seconds. You can pretty much quote Jim Carrey in cable guy saying "See ya....bye" everytime you pull up to the line

yeah definately doing some assumptions :)

When I saw one a few weeks back, I was really impressed. It was sharp. The only thing I thought looked off was the exhaust. I just don't dig the single box-shaped exhaust smack-dab in the middle. That is just my opinion. It's a car, not a jet!

You got it!!

Very nice car indeed, but fast only when not too cold, not too snowy, not too rainy... In Quebec, that would leave me with a fast car for about 50 days a year... lol!
... Probably close to that too in Ontario though, I guess that is why you still can enjoy your SHO right?

I have the R2D2 droid 2 phone (yep nerd star wars special edition phone).
I have the same phone.lol it was 100 bucks at the time I got it... I know there was a thread on here about an obd2 adapter that used an app on your phone called torqe that tells you everything from torqe, speed and 0-60. Times. I looked into it id love to get an adapter. There are actually very accurate a lot of mechanics use them with different software.

By the way for the money and the looks id much rather have a 302 lugana seca and put some money into it or a ford GT you could run 3 second runs all day. And they both look better than a cts-v. Gotta love the wrx and the evo. But I would prefer the speed three over the two.

i've seen a few people with the R2D2. Everytime the phone goes off in a new area, I get looks and someone starts laughing wishing they had one lol.

Dynolicious app follow up :
I just arrived from the drag and had my best run so far with 12.984 at 106.1. I was running with the Dynolicous app on and it gave a good approx :
Real vs Dynolicious:
60 : 1.899 vs 2.16
330 : 5.403 vs 5.61
1/8 : 8.344 vs 8.51
1000 : 10.86 vs 10.99
1/4 : 12.984 vs 13.07
mph : 106.14 vs 109.8
The app read a 0-60 of 4.51 sec in that run. In the other run, it read 4.54 sec for a 13.028 1/4 mile...
So, it seems like it reads slower at beginning and then faster towards the end... But all-in, it gives a very good idea of time and speed and 0-60's and most of all, it is fairly consistent from one run to another.
