Ok long story short 93 atx sat for 16 years in a garage, need to drain fuel obviously but before I do i wanted to see if the fuel pump was still good, turned key to on and no fuel pump whine, I checked the inertia switch in the trunk all good, what else need to be checked fuses? Relays? What are their locations i didn't see it under the hood in the fuse box by the driver side strut tower...I just want to rule everything out before having to drop the tank and replace the pump if I can just get away with siphoning the old cas and running some new gas....I just want to fire this up once so I know what I got and can hear it and see what needs to be done...any help appreciated

When the pump doesn't run, it's usually the CCRM or pump itself, or the wiring associated with them. Unbolt the inertia switch and jumper the connector coming from the CCRM. Attach a voltmeter to the jumper and ground. Turn the ignition on. If you don't get voltage, bad CCRM. If you do, bad fuel pump.

The CCRM is a black box bolted to the top of the radiator support underneath the information plate, driver's side with a couple of 11mm nuts. Whether you got a whine when you did the inertia switch test wasn't the point. Whether you got voltage or not when you turned the ignition on indicates whether it's the CCRM or pump.
