Newer cars with ADAS have a front collision camera. But every 13-19 at least Taurus has this regardless of any special option

This is why windshield replacement can be so expensive and limited on who can provide it. It requires camera alignment. Also, if you go into systems like ForScan or the factory service tool, you will see the camera alignment procedure.

The IPM-A also provides calculated steering angle, driver alert warning, front camera status, hands off warning, lane departure status, lane keep request, road curvature, automatic high beam request, among other signals.
