so today getting ready to go to work car had trouble start didnt think anything of it!
got to work and went back into a parkin space 1/2 way into the spot the car dies and will not start.
thru the day at work i went out 2 times to check it 1st time no luck nothing!
2nd time it start but ran very ruff.. when i left to go home i check under the hood for a vac leak(knowing the egr bolts are on the messed up side)i check the egr first and noticed it was about 1/16inch away on one side of the intake plenum!
so i know thats gotta be why it dont wanna run right.
SO now this is the newest
i went to pick up some pizza from a pizza place the car didnt have heat(the temp was on 90* and the fan was full blast) and 1/2 way there i lost my tach and noticed the heat came on. dont know if they happen at the same time.
now this is for who dont know what has happen a 3days ago..
the alt was changed out because it was pushing 18volts thru the system. would anyone thing that had anything to do with whats going on now? its been omost 24 hours later since the alt has been replaced!
please help!
ps i think the crank sensor wiring might be getting rubbed on the belt since i just worked in that area! just finshed dinner so ill be heading out there in a few to look at it.
