I found a taurus grill in the junk yard and cut it to make the border. Then i got a billit grill for a expedition and cut it to fit between my lights there is a little more fabbing than that but its all stuff thats easy to figure out as you go. i also used rattle can to paint the border/grill and with lots of clear and wet sanding it came out pritty good!

Somehow I imagine that thing has a horn on it that is reminiscient of The General.

The horn doesn't work. I guess I need to stop posting that picture. Every time I do I get comments about the tag. It's fun to be on a mostly Northern/Canadian Forum though. lol. I don't mind the comments as long as people don't think I'm some kind of Racist.

I lucked out last year. I went to a government auction looking to buy some P71s and happened across an old beat up police issue taurus. As soon as I saw it I honed in on the grille. I paid $50 for the entire car. I would have paid twice that just for the grille. As an added bonus the car ran pretty decent too.

It's amazing the luck some people have. Here I'm stuck trying to make my own, and it's probably going to cost about $50, PLUS like 359873 hours of sanding.

Here's mine now:

I've got a bit left to straighted up on it, Bondo that is, and sand and paint. I've got bigger and better things to work on right now.
