im pretty sure your supposed to mount the EGT sensor right after the Turbo.. thats how ive done the bully dog EGT sensors on the big powerstrokes..
If this were my installation, I'd do EGT's near both O2 sensors. Your piping layout, while pretty and nicely assembled, runs the risk of some restrictive effects at the front bank exhaust manifold where it merges with the gas flow from the rear manifold. If you're going to see any negative effects from high EGT's, they'll show up as burned exhaust valves. I'd keep an eye on EGT's close to the engine exhaust ports.
Dude, awesome job! Whenever I get out there we'll have to shoot some vids. What was it, Bullard? lol

which is where high EGT's will do the most damage.
Cool setup nik!
Thanks! I hope you dont mind but I used your hot pipe design for the base of my similar design. I figured if your pipes work than so should mine.
I originally planned to run the DP in the "traditional" location behind the trans but was unable to do so with my unique turbo WG housing. I think it will work OK tho.
Looks slick! I'm starting a pool on how many minutes from first wheel turn until clutch failure...![]()

Hopefully longer than Tom

Oh, that cut deep! I still did a 12.46 @ 110 with no clutch so see if you can top that smarty pants.
Tom
Stock clutch nik? Boost is a clutchs' worst enemy! But oh what fun!
